CraigSearer
I build things that help people. I can't stop.
Searer Group didn't start as a business plan. It started as a curiosity — an AI passion project I built on my own time to see if I could make a system respond to people instantly via text. That experiment became a business. That business has now recovered millions in revenue for service companies that didn't know they were losing it.
How It Started
Not a business plan. Not a pivot. Just a builder who couldn't stop pulling things apart.
Searer Group didn't start with a pitch deck or a market analysis. It started with a question I couldn't stop thinking about: could I build an AI agent that responds to people instantly via text message?
I started building on my own time. Experimenting. Breaking things. Rebuilding them. Then I stumbled into a small Facebook group of people doing something similar — using tools I'd never heard of. So I did what I've always done: I taught myself everything, fast.
Within months I had a system that worked. And not just worked — produced results that were hard to explain until you saw the numbers yourself.
Two use cases kept producing results that were impossible to ignore. Searer Group was born from those two discoveries.
The first: an AI sales booking agent that responds to every inbound lead in under 2 minutes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The second: a database reactivation system that reaches back out to dormant leads and converts them into booked appointments at a 3% average booking rate.
Neither of these existed in any packaged form when I started building them. I built them because I was curious. I kept building them because they worked.
They Didn't Know Those
Visitors Even Existed.
My first client deployed our live chat agent on their website. Within the first month they had 12 additional leads — visitors who had landed on their site but never filled out a contact form or picked up the phone.
Under the old system those visitors would have come and gone. Silent. Invisible. Never followed up with.
Two of those leads put deposits down on vans worth $155,000 each.
When I showed them the numbers, they weren't just surprised by the revenue. They were stunned that those visitors had existed at all. The system didn't just respond faster — it revealed an invisible revenue stream they didn't know they had.
That moment is why I do this work. Most business owners have no idea how many leads they're losing — or that the revenue is still out there waiting to be recovered.
I've Spent My Career Learning
How Businesses Grow — and Where They Leak.
Every role taught me something different. The common thread: I always ended up optimizing the system, fixing the leak, and building something that worked better than what existed before.

Not Just the Professional.
I've always been the person who needs to know how things work. Motorcycles. Home projects. AI systems. Marketing funnels. If there's a mechanism behind something, I want to pull it apart and understand it.
I ran a YouTube channel for years teaching people how to fix and modify motorcycle products and tackle home projects. 1.6 million views and 3,100 subscribers — not because I was trying to build a brand, but because teaching is just how I process what I learn.
I even had a startup around a motorcycle crash sensor that didn't get off the ground due to funding. I don't count that as a failure. I count it as another lesson in how to build something people actually need.
Devotion AI Agent — I'm building a system that takes the Sunday sermon and engages the congregation in devotions throughout the week. The same technology that recovers revenue for businesses can also strengthen community. I build things because I believe technology should make people's lives better. That's not a tagline. It's just who I am.
This Space Is New.
Trust Has to Be Earned.
AI sales agents and database reactivation systems aren't things most business owners have encountered before. I understand that. Trust has to be earned — and I earn it the same way I always have: by showing up, doing the work, and making sure the results speak louder than the pitch.
These aren't projections — they're what happens when the right system meets a business that's ready to stop leaving money on the table. If you want to know whether this could work for your business, let's find out together.
